- InfoTrans responds to support requests within 5 business days.
- Repetitive consultations on recurring issues about the same function are paid.
- Consultations on issues, related to customer's business processes analysis or on software customisation according to customer's business processes, are always paid (for example: best usage of software for solving specific issues of customer business processes, best other users practices solving similar problems, impact of different methods of program usage to results, etc.);
- Free support is not provided for premium modules (you can find all list here: www.infotransport.eu/en/module_list.php).
- Free support is not provided on basic features that have been tailored to meet individual needs of the customer. We highly recommend to document all operations of modified features yourself, as we do not document non-standard operations and are unable to address any issues without deeper analysis.
