How to get automatic notifications to your email when haulier uploads documents to haulier link?
To get notified when haulier upload new info to the link, 3 conditions must be met:
1. Each user has to enter their email to their profiles.
2. General mailbox must be configured (the one that reminders to user will be sent from).
3. Admin user has to select who and when receives those notifications.
Employees who want receive notifications must enter their email address in theirs InfoTrans account settings. Each user can find their profile next to LOG OUT button on the upper right corner of the program:
Also, general email box of the company must be configured.
When hauliers upload documents, all reminders to your managers will be sent from this mailbox.
Then, admin user needs to change notification settings.
It's important to note:
- notification messages are sent when at least one employee is using InfoTrans program. If the aplications is not being used - reminders are not sent at that time;
- notifications are sent every 5 minutes;
- notifications messages are sent only if there are discrepancies (etc. You uploaded the same invoice as the haulier, but haulier entered wrong Invoice number - in this case you will get a message. But if the information which you entered is the same as hauliers - notifications won't be sent)
