InfoTrans is gradually transitioning to a unified email template system.

Depending on the object being sent, such as invoices, CMR documents, order documents, carrier agreements, etc., you can access the email templates from the sending window and:

   •  create templates for both the email subject and email body using variables;
   •  configure senders and recipients;
   •  depending on the object being sent, define the order of attached files;
   •  use extended options for merging and renaming files directly in the sending window.

You can access the templates via the tools icon, a notification, or directly from the sending window:
