Shared Saved Searches

Until now, Saved Searches were personal.
With the new update, users can also share their saved searches with colleagues and copy searches created by others.

Why Saved Searches are useful

Saved Searches allow you to store frequently used filter combinations so you don’t need to reconfigure them each time.
This is especially helpful when you regularly look up the same type of information. link

Saved Searches can benefit not only you but also your colleagues, for example:

  1. When working in the same role – colleagues can share best practices and convenient filter setups.
  2. When covering for a colleague – you can quickly perform their usual tasks by using the searches they saved.
  3. When a team lead creates a search important to the entire team – previously, everyone had to recreate that search manually in their own account. Now, the owner can simply mark the search as “Available to all”, and it becomes instantly visible to the whole team.

Where to find Saved Searches

You can access all Saved Searches by clicking the bookmark icon in the search form.

  1. By default, you will see only your saved searches.
  2. After expanding the dropdown menu, you’ll also see other users’ searches and InfoTrans default searches (system presets).
