In order to avoid lagging during the the work with InfoTrans, sometimes there is a need to clear cache from the browser that You are using.

You can do it by using shift+ctrl+delete.

How to clear cache in a browser?

Google Chrome browser:

1. In the right upper corner of the browser, click on the three-dotted icon,
2. Click on "History“,
3. Click on "History“ once again.

4. Click on „Clear browsing data“ .

5. Check „Cookies and other site data“ and „Cached images and files“.

6. Click „Clear data“.

 

FireFox browser:

1. On the right upper corner of the browser click on three-dashed icon,
2. Click on "History“;

4. Check "Cookies“ and "Cache“,

5. Click "OK“.
