Saving Search Templates

You can save most often used search filters as templates:

A. Saving Search Template

Choose filters, you want to apply, and carry out search clicking "Search" button. In order to save this template (the name of it will appear next to the "Quick search" link), please, follow these steps:

1. Click on the tools icon;
2. Click on the plus "+" sign;
3. Enter the name for a new search template and;
4. Click "Save".

B. Editing Saved Search Templates

If you want to edit saved search template, first of all choose filters, you want to apply, carry out search and then follow these steps:

1. Click tools icon;
2. Click on floppy icon;
3. Click on "Save".

You can change the order and names of templates by clicking the tools icon next to "Quick Search" and clicking on the pencil. In the pop up window you will be able to rename templates (highlighted in blue) and change their layout using drag and drop arrows (highlighted in green). Don't forget to save your changes!

C. Deleting Saved Search Templates

If you want to delete existing search template click on "x" sign next to the template name:

D. Search Periods

Creating search templates, you can set up time filter for a specific period:

  • Select the field with the date as a value (in the example we chose to save search by the delivery date) and click on its name (1);
  • In the pop up table click on the tools icon (2);
  • Select period for the report (3) and save the template (see situation A or B).
