Invoice language - on what conditions formation of invoice in a specific language is based?

By using InfoTrans for your invoicing, you can choose the language invoices are issued. 

Invoice are issued according to the languages chosen in the invoice template but if there is no language chosen in the template, then the election is based on payer's country of registration.


By default, the invoice language is automatically chosen based on payer's country of registration which is indicated in the payer's card. For example:
 

• If payer's country of registration is England, the invoice is formed in English.
• If payer's country of registration is Germany, the invoice is formed in German.
• If payer's country of registration is not England and not German, the invoice is formed in English.
• If there is no country of registration, the invoice is formed in English.

If you are to choose a specific language in invoice template settings, the program will disregard the conditions mentioned above and will issue an invoice in that specific language.



If you want to update a specific invoice language, you can do it manually inside an invoice, by checking the box next to a language.
