Debt reminder email module
Send reminders for unpaid invoices.

What is needed for it to work: The user's email must be configured, and in the company cards, the "Email for debts" field must contain the clients' contact information. How to configure your email inbox
For the warning to be sent in the language specified in the template, the following must be done:
1. The country must be specified in the payer's company card;
2. In the countries register (Register -> Countries), the language must be selected in the "Language for documents" column.
If the language is not specified for the country in the countries register, all reminders will be sent only in English.

If you want to send emails for invoices that are approaching their payment due date:
1. Filter out the unpaid invoices with a delay of less than 1 day (click on the Delay filter and select the Less than option).
2. After filtering the invoices, select the template manually.

3. Click on the CRM action Type

Benefits:
- You will be able to quickly send reminders of varying severity regarding overdue payments.
- Reminders will be sent from a single reporting window, where you can conveniently view relevant information about outstanding debts: debt amount, how late the payment is, as well as order and invoice details.
- You can send emails in bulk or individually to each debtor.
You will find the module under: Reports --> Customers Debts 2 opt. --> Email module.
How it works:
In the report Customers Debts 2 opt., all relevant information about overdue payments is displayed. You can filter the data based on selected criteria and send warnings of varying severity.
Along with the warnings, you can also send the debts as an attached CSV file in the email.
You can use the pre-existing warning templates in the system or create your own. Emails will not be sent automatically.

2. Check the option for the action to be displayed in the Debt Management table
