Comparison of Amounts Declared by Manager and Invoices
InfoTrans allows you to track if declared amounts match actual invoices. Based on the filters you have selected, the system finds orders with discrepancies:
- Report U19.1 - between order freight and freight distribution i.e. program checks if a manager does not charge himself more freight than remains after deducting additional cost (freight must be equal to allocations to hauliers plus additional costs):
- Report U19.2 - between freight and sale invoices:
- Report U19.3 - between agreed payment to hauliers and actual purchase invoices:
You can find U19 reports clicking on "Reports" in the main menu and selecting "Orders Reports" (A) or "Warnings and Control Reports" (B):
