    1 - Check that Google doesn't also load the route using the same coordinates:

       
 

        1.a - If Google Maps loads the route then you need to delete all waypoints from the Infotrans route:

               
               
 

    2 - If Google Maps doesn't load, you need to change the loading or unloading location so that Google Maps shows the route:

       
       
 

    3 - Then, once the route has appeared in Google Maps, we take the coordinates of the loading or unloading point from the modified point there and change them in the Infotrans:
